We will cover classic technique tips, race strategy, pre-race routines, and preview some of the course. Taught by Central Cross Country (CXC) member Audrey Weber. Audrey has been training and racing with the best nordic skiers in the Midwest and you can benefit from her experience.

Bring your equipment and come prepared to ski. A Ski Pass is required and can be purchased at Wirth.
