Full Baggage Transportation Crew Work with other volunteers at the Start Area. Take clothing bags from skiers and load onto snowmobile sleds. Some volunteers will be stationed at the trucks to unload sleds and transfer bags into vans for delivery to the Finish Line in Uptown. This is a fast paced job tossing and loading clothing bags. 8:30-11:30am
Full Course-Aid Station This aid station is set up approximately 5km into the Classic/Freestyle Course. It will be equipped with replacement ski poles, water, energy drink and Medical Support. Help skiers as needed. Dress for the weather. 8:30am-11:30am
Open Award Ceremony Team Assist with organizing and setting up the awards ceremony. Work with timing specialists to confirm race results. Help as needed with this capstone event of the Loppet! 12:30pm-4:30pm

Based on what is happening at any given moment, you may be sorting bags as they arrive from the Start Area, working as a Spotter, Timer or assisting skiers as they cross the Finish Line. Much of your time will be spent greeting finishers and handing out medals. In an effort to promote proper recycling at the Loppet, this team will also man the recycling centers to direct proper waste disposal. This Team is responsible for contributing to a well-run, fun event for racers and spectators alike! 8:00am-11:30

Open Finish Area Team Tear Down Take down the truss, sound system, banners and fencing and pack it away for next year. Help with recycling efforts. Dress for working outside. Bring a tool for cutting rope and zip-ties. This is a hearty crew that works fast, has fun and gets the job done! 3:30-6:30
Full Course Officials YOUR SHIFT START AND END TIMES WILL VARY BASED ON YOUR LOCATION ON THE COURSE. expect to work 3-4 hours. Please attend a short orientation meeting at 8:30am at Food Stop #2 located on Glenwood Ave, just east of Wirth Parkway. You will be assigned to one of four sections on the course or at one of the road crossings. Dress for weather. Bring a snack, camp chair, snow shovel, cell phone, and warm clothes. Use your phone to keep in contact with announcers and race officials. Course sweeper will follow last skier. . Each Course Official is finished when Sweeper passes their check point. Bring a friend. This is an awesome way to watch the race! 8:30am-3:00pm
